 3.  If your business is planning to expand, is there any specific training or experience that future employees will need?
1.Experience with floral design and event service/set up.

3.We will most likely require three skill sets if or when we expand:
* Designers: Experienced and accomplished KITCHEN & BATH high end design
* Drafts Person: Experienced with hand and CAD architectural drawing
* Installers: Experienced with high end KITCHEN & BATH installation

However, as there is a general lack of confidence in the economy as well as low property values in the area, our clients have voiced their concern and are less than enthusiastic in making significant inventments in their home at this time. Until this prevailing attitude changes, we do not see a significant expansion to our business and staff.
4.General Computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excell would help.
5.We hire on a regular basis due to employee turnover. We often hire for entry level office and warehouse position and will train. However, we also look for customer service, cash handling, data entry skills. Also, furniture sales experience.
6.We look to expand our outside sales staff; sales reps must have a background in outside sales as well as the chemical industry.
7.We need landscape laborers ASAP - We do hire students for future expansion, we are seeking candidates with training and/or experience in ornamental horticulture and landscape design.
8.Customer Service experience is necessary other training is done on the job.
9.Our practice is specialized but we have employees from reception/customer service, medical assistants, pathologists, billing department, accounting, and marketing/advertising.
10.Employees will need to have jewelry experience and outgoing personality.
11.Position open as of April 30, 2012 part-time dental assistant. Experience is not necessary, but preferred.
12.Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a license for at least 3 years. Drug and alcohol testing, finger print and background check. 2 to 3 weeks training.
13.We will be hiring 20-30 movers and drivers throughout the next 6 months this is a very physically demanding job so all applicants need to be in excellent physical condition.

15.At the Orland Park Goodwill Store and Donation center we are looking for part time help in the following areas:

1. Cashiers – Pleasantly interact with our customer as you accurately ring up the merchandise they purchased in our store.

2. Sales Floor / Stocking Associates – Assist our customers while you are putting merchandise in appropriate departments on the sales floor.

3. Production Associates- Evaluate the merchandise that has been donated for quality, and then price quality merchandise per Goodwill pricing guidelines

4. Donations Attendants – Pleasantly greet and assist all donors as they drop off their donations in our donation center.

26.With regards to part-time employment for high school students, we are looking for ambitious students who are good at multi-tasking and are interested in supporting a high end retail store.

As far as full-time positions, we are currently accepting applications for full and part time sales associates. A background in jewelry retail is preferred, but we are willing to entertain any applications from adults with 2+ years of retail/management experience.

We are beginning a needs assessment of our own, so currently our needs are very vague, but we're highly interested in participating in this program and would love any continuing information.
