The AASHTOWare Project (AWP) system is used by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to perform these functions:

  • Create engineer's estimates.
  • Manage the bid letting and award process.
  • Administer construction or maintenance contracts.
  • Meet requirements for civil rights and labor.
  • Enter material reports.

WisDOT staff, consultants, and contractors may submit a request to:

  • Add or delete system roles.
  • Request name changes.
  • Renew an AWP account that has expired or is about to expire.
  • Update business contact information including changes to employer, business address or phone number.
  • Staff that enter sample records are required to provide their UW Platteville Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) ID.

Do not use this application to request construction contract access (contract specific authority changes). These types of requests should be sent via email to either the region contract specialist or the project engineer administering the construction contract.

The system is for authorized use only. Usage is monitored.
